Went to the park again today and practiced 2-legged jumps. I discovered that the trick, much like being on a trampoline, is to keep your knees locked when you hit the ground. That way the spring absorbs all the energy, and also flings you back up nice and high. If you bend your knees the energy is lost and you don't get high at all.

Why not you devote more energy and time into doin something more innovative. Such as three legged jumpin?
